Arrive at Kilimanjaro airport where you will be met by our company representative and transferred to Arusha for dinner and overnight at your lodge.
After breakfast, Pick up from the hotel in Arusha and Drive south through Arusha to prehistoric-looking Tarangire National Park for a full day game viewing in the park. The Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa.
You will arrive at your safari lodge in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive into a landscape dotted with baobab trees and umbrella-thorn acacias. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented Camp.
This morning, your drive takes you to Ngorongoro Crater, which is the largest unbroken caldera on earth. With a picnic lunch you will descend the 600m high crater walls and spend the afternoon viewing wildlife on the crater floor. You will return to your lodge for a sundowner.
Early morning game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater. As very few animals migrate in and out of the Crater with its 2000ft high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, hippos, Zebras, Flamingos, Jackals, Rhinos, antelopes, and many birds and other species. Afternoon walking safari on the Crater rim. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park with a stopover enroute at Olduvai Gorge, the site of Louis and Mary Leakey’s renowned archaeological discoveries. Their findings include some of the man’s earliest known ancestral remains. From Olduvai you’re off to the Great Serengeti. You will have an afternoon game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Enjoy full day of game viewing in the vast Serengeti plains where you may encounter the migration consisting of over 2 million animals. They also attract the attention of predators like cheetah and hyena and you may be able to see a band of lions gang up for a hunt. Meals and overnight at the lodge in the Serengeti National Park
Enjoy an early morning game drive, before breakfast. Return to the lodge for late breakfast. Enjoy a mid morning and then depart to Ngorongoro Highlands. Lunch at Gibbs Farm or similar. Afternoon visit to the waterfalls. Dinner and overnight at the lodge in Manyara
After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. Lunch at Lake Manyara Hotel/ Lodge. After lunch, drive back to Arusha and proceed to JRO for departure flight in the evening.
